The Business Impact of Women’s Health and the Environments Around It

Women’s health is not a wellness issue. It is a business performance issue. And the environment is not the backdrop, it is a measurable variable in that performance.
  • $1.8B
Lost annually to menopause-related productivity impact
  • 72%
Of women hide menopause symptoms at work
  • 3x
Return on every dollar invested in women’s health
  • ~90%
Of our lives are spent indoors, in spaces rarely designed for the bodies working in them
  • 61–101%
Higher cognitive function scores in workspaces with improved air quality and ventilation
  • 1960s
The decade of the male metabolic data still used to set office temperature standards today
THE PREMISE

You can’t out-coach a bad environment.

You can teach a leader everything about sleep, hormones, and recovery, then send her back into fluorescent light at midnight, recycled air, and a thermostat calibrated to someone else’s metabolism sixty years ago. Health advice fails when the environment contradicts it.

That is why Dr. Labib works on both: the biology of the person and the design of the place: the workplace first, and the home, where recovery actually happens. One mission, permanently: optimizing human performance where biology meets environment.

About Dr. Labib

25 Years of Clinical Experience, Applied to Leadership, and to the Spaces Around It

After more than 25 years caring for women across every life stage, Dr. Labib brings something rare to organizations: real clinical authority. He is double board-certified in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, a TEDx speaker, and the author of four published books on women’s health and longevity. He is now extending that clinical lens into the built environment, pursuing WELL AP accreditation and advanced environmental health training at Mount Sinai, because a quarter-century of practice taught him a simple truth: you cannot separate the patient from the room she’s in.

WAYS TO PARTNER

How Organizations Engage
with Dr. Labib

Every engagement is built around your organization’s context, goals, and audience.
Dr. Labib delivers physician-led clarity on the person and the place and creates lasting change.

Signature Keynote

A high-impact, physician-led talk that makes the science of women’s health accessible, makes the business case undeniable, and reveals the environmental levers hiding in plain sight: light, air, temperature, and the design of the working day. Attendees ask real questions and leave with practical clarity.

Executive Workshop

An interactive session that moves beyond awareness into application. Leadership teams map the biological and environmental drivers of performance inside their own organization, and leave with a shared framework and tools they control, from policy to schedules to the physical workspace.

Cohort Program

A multi-session program for organizations committed to cultural change, not one-off events. Physician-led education, peer learning, and structured follow-through, covering personal health strategy and the workplace and home environments that make it stick.
How it Works

The Vitality Formula™

Vitality = Biology × Environment. Neither compensates for the other. One process reads both.
01

Assess: Read the Person and the Place

Establish a dual baseline: what’s happening in the biology (energy, hormonal stage, sleep, stress load) and what’s happening in the environment: light, air, sound, temperature, and how the day is designed. Fatigue always has an address. The job is finding it.
02

Apply: Prescribe for Both

Targeted, clinically grounded strategies for the person, and specific, practical modifications for the place. Not wellness trends, but interventions a physician would sign off on, matched to levers leaders actually control.
03

Advance: Build It In, So It Lasts

The goal is health that doesn’t depend on discipline. Changes are embedded into policy, culture, schedules, and physical space, so the default environment sustains vitality instead of eroding it.
